The Bentway Skate Trail opened Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 11 AM.
Opening Weekend
- Strongbow Lounge licenced bar serving Molson-Coors products
- Pop-up ice lounges with family friendly activities Pop-up curling with Rock Solid Productions
- Public art exhibition Constructions of the Everyday (Artists: Jennifer Ilett, Jimmy Limit, Janine Miedzik, Janice Qimirpik, Moe Kelly, Embassy of Imagination and PA System, and Public Visualization Studio)
- Free admission and extended hours to Fort York National Historic Site, including a special pop-up exhibit on winter fun in Toronto, soldier selfie booth, and tours throughout the day.
