Join Eti Greenberg for Tai Chi on the Terrace every Tuesday at 11am at The Bentway Studio to improve your health & wellbeing with movement.
Tai Chi has an extra degree of stretching and turning in each movement, placing the emphasis on health improvement. With diligent practice, this type of movement produces a profound effect on all systems of the body by reducing tension, improving circulation, and increasing strength and flexibility. Tai Chi can be an effective therapy for a wide range of health problems (back pain, arthritis, poor circulation, etc…). It can improve balance and energy levels. It can also be great fun to study.
This class will last approximately one hour with 15-20 minutes of meridian stretching to warm up. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and soft shoes. We will practice physical distancing; please bring a mask.
