Not only is Tai Chi fun and relaxing (and easy to get into) but it can be effective therapy for a wide range of health problems (back pain, arthritis, poor circulation etc.). It can improve balance and energy level. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise for health. It consists of slow and graceful movements that relax and strengthen both body and mind. It is an art form based on the philosophy of returning to a natural state of health and well being.

The Bentway Skate Trail – Holiday Season

Over the holidays, The Bentway transforms into a uniquely urban winter wonderland with the opening of our 220 metre skate trail - seven days a week from 12 - 9 p.m. An on-site winter village will offer hot chocolate and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for skaters and spectators, while warming stations will help visitors get toasty before getting back on the ice.

The Bentway Skate Trail – Winter Season
